I have found Boozt.com by chance and tried an order for me and my 13 years old son.
Having found a little difficulty in the order's checkout, immediately found help, from a kind employee. The shipment and delivery have been very fast (considering the 1st of May inbetween).
The ordered goods were all in their original package and labelled.
I am fully satisfied and in my opinion this store can be considered as highly recommended.

"User experience excellent"
The delivery time is very good, the return process is easy and accessible. I had one issue where I needed the support from customer service and that issue was resolved quick and without any problems

"so long to wait for a refund"
I have been waiting for a refund for a very long time. More than a month. It is worth considering whether to buy online where there is no way to measure, and the return takes so long. In other stores the process is faster
